Since it’s inspired Wednesday I’ve decided to let you guys in on a little secret…I’m an animal lover through and through! I always have been and always will be. On a daily basis the animal that I get to see and interact with the most are dogs! Wahoo!!! I feel lucky that my workplace allows dogs to come onsite to work with their owners. I love puppies and dogs so incredibly much! My favorite Disney movie beginning about when I was three years old was Lady And The Tramp because, surprise, it had puppies in it! My mom remembers that my favorite part of the whole movie was the spaghetti scene… I guess I’ve not only always loved dogs from such a young age but also romance :)! So in the spirit of this post I would like to introduce you to my three dog loves! The nearest and dearest to me is Penny because I am her “Aunt” and she’s my “Puppy Niece.” She’s my sister’s and brother-in-law’s pup and is literally the sweetest, and prettiest Golden Retriever, you will ever meet. She’s a complete lover, always wants to be close to people, a bit of a diva because she likes tons of attention and is all around so playful and fun it’s amazing! Plus, added bonus she doesn’t love photo shoots/pictures but doesn’t mind being in them every now and then!
The second pup in my life is my fiance’s family’s Shiba Inu, Mika. She looks like a fox and is adorable to the max! She’s not a people loving dog so I’ve been trying to win her over for the past 3 years (and it’s working)! She’s more like a cat than a dog but she now accepts me and sometimes is even excited to see me…key word sometimes! She’s fiercely loyal extremely intelligent. She likes to eat when people eat and can demand more food by tapping her little paw on your leg, arm, whatever is in her reach almost like a child saying “More Please!” which is so funny! She likes to model with a “Blue Steel” stare as you can see from the picture above.
The last dog in my life is a real puppy named Hugo…an insanely cute English Bulldog who is very mildly mannered and curious about everything! I’m pretty much obsessed! I met him when he was just 8-9 weeks old. He makes my days at work instantly better than they already are when he comes to visit because he is precious and has such a handsome face! His tongue is usually sticking out and right now he has the title for cutest pup at our workplace. He was wearing a red zip up hoodie that said “Google” last week when I got to play with him and didn’t even seem to mind the clothing whatsoever..such a chill guy! Also, this combined two of my most favorite things…puppies and fashion!
