I present to you Chic Readers my “Easter Egg Mani!” As a kid I used to love dyeing and decorating eggs for our family egg hunts which would take place in our lush green backyard bursting with colorful spring flowers. My sister and I always loved this tradition! Each egg was like a mini piece of art and my creative/artistic family really enjoyed decorating eggs! As you get older though the egg hunts stop on Easter…since they’re meant for young kids only. I mean I get that but personally think that egg decorating and hunts should still continue even as we get older! Why the heck not?! Adults like to have fun too, so next year I hope to start this “Adult Easter Egg Hunt” tradition :). This year however, I decided that since I wasn’t going to be dyeing and decorating eggs that I would paint each of my nails a different spring color resembling dyed Easter eggs! It’s actually quite fun to paint each nail on one of your hands a different color (I highly recommend trying it if you have never done so) and what better time to do so than spring time?! There are so many fun colors and combinations that you can put together! It makes for a very light hearted, vivacious, colorful manicure and I find myself smiling every time I look at my fingers!
