On a “fashion platform” Ethereal Elements (in my mind) consist of: delicate silks, pretty floral patterns, lace details, sheer materials, fringe details, bell sleeves, romantic looking dresses and basically anything that flows in a beautiful and feminine way when you walk/in the wind. When I think of the word “ethereal” Florence Welch from Florence + the Machine comes to mind. I saw Florence + the Machine in concert about two years ago and not only is her voice killer but her fashion sense of ethereal, bohemian, and glam all mixed together is on point (most of the time at least)! She even had a fan blowing wind at her while she was performing so her beautiful long white Givenchy gown was billowing in the wind all night and it was wonderful…I was blown away by her performance (pun intended, haha)! For my look I opted for a bohemian ethereal look by pairing a really delicate silk floral kimono over a basic black maxi dress and then layered delicate necklaces and added a few more gold accessories to complete the look. It’s a boho-ethereal look that is not only extremely comfortable but also practical for the weekend, running errands and going out to lunch!

Have a wonderful weekend Chic Readers! 🙂 xoxo Sera
