Dress: Zara in Europe (old)/ Jacket: McGinn/ Necklace: House of Harlow/ Bracelet: Beautiful Birthday Present (thanks A!)/ Shoes: Tory Burch/ Lips: YSL

This dress was a treasured find of my time studying abroad in Spain.  My girlfriends and I were out and about exploring the wonderful city of Barcelona on a gorgeous sunny September day when we decided to pop into Zara. At this time there were Zara shops in the U.S. but after visiting multiple Zara’s in Europe I was convinced that their merchandise in Europe was much better than that at home (If you don’t know I am a Zara fiend so thanks Zara for stepping up your U.S game in the past few years!). This particular Zara in Barcelona had much more funky, Euro, fashion forward pieces which was awesome! Right after slipping this little green dress on I knew I had to have it because it was light, airy and insanely comfortable!  Aside from the comfort, I love this dress because it reminds me of one of my favorite artists Mr. Claude Monet. It looks like brush strokes making a floral pattern from afar and it’s very classic. There are certain colors that you will see me wear a lot, like A LOT (black, white, blues, pinks etc.) and green is not one of them.  I just don’t have a ton of green pieces in my wardrobe but every single time I put on this dress I feel happy, chic and comfy…which is really how every outfit should make you feel (in an ideal fashion world that is)!
